Morgellons Update First hour guest, inventor and researcher Michael Chapala talked about how he contracted Morgellons disease, and what he did to treat it. He felt a crawling sensation on his skin, and concluded that insect-like creatures had become embedded under his skin, and were slowly passing through different life stages, eventually emerging out of his pores. Chapala believes Morgellons is actually a bio-engineered weapon that's been unleashed on the public, but the organism has certain weaknesses such as being sensitive to magnetic fields. The proteins of the organism can also be broken down using green papaya powder, he claimed.
"Many thanks for this information, Kimberly. There's a device called a Doug Coil which is used to cure Lyme Disease. It's a $2,000 4,000 watt version of Michael Chapala's $75 device. A Morgellons sufferer I'm in contact with has used the Coil to pulse the body with the same frequency of 2,114Hz. Zero results were achieved.
It may be that there's something subtly different about Michael Chapala's device, like the coil winding method, that yields the results he claims. But so far I don't know of anyone who's bought and used it.
Also, he states that the organisms need to breathe air. If this was the case, a topical application of either thick castor oil or vaseline/vegelatum would kill them.
The green papaya enzymes information mirrors my own research. However, a common Morgellons co-infection is a slime mould (AKA social amoeba) called Dictyostelium discoideum. Enzyme therapy has been reported to cause explosive growth of this. And if D. discoideum crosses the blood/brain barrier, it will kill quickly.
So while Michael Chapala's findings are very important, they still remain to be substantially verified. And some other components of his protocol appear to be potentially problematic.

January 17, 2013 - Wall Street Journal - Scrap-Metal Plan Proves Radioactive - "The Department of Energy is proposing to allow the sale of tons of scrap metal from government nuclear sites—an attempt to reduce waste that critics say could lead to radiation-tainted belt buckles, surgical implants and other consumer products. The department, in a document released last month, said the recycling proposal is in line with its policy of "reusing materials whenever possible." The approximately 14,000 tons of metal under review for possible initial release is only a fraction of the tens of millions of tons of metal recycled annually, it said. Smaller amounts could be eligible for release in future years. Selling the metals could bring in $10 million to $40 million a year, the DOE estimates. While the metal would come from "radiological areas" such as research laboratories and nuclear-weapons-related facilities, any contamination would be so low that a member of the public would be exposed to a "negligible individual dose" of additional radiation, the DOE said. The allowable annual radiation dose to an individual from a given shipment of the scrap metal would be half the estimated amount of radiation a person gets flying cross-country, or even less, the document said."

From my first email Radiation Fallout protection, I got a few chemistry-related criticisms objecting to my stating that iodine was a rock mineral when it is an element. The objectors are not incorrect as far as it goes. We are grossly mi...seducated about chemistry because the chemistry industry must make itself respectable and profitable. Who do you think makes decisions about what books are used in schools? It will always be the people who believe what they are told and fall in line with the industrial class that rule the world rather than those who challenge and criticize skewed science.
Notice that chemistry wants you to believe in absolutes so that they can claim safety. However, if we evaluate the so-called simple chemistry of iodine, we will be confronted with many contradictions which have convoluted chemical explanations that don't make sense.
Take for example iodine 131. It is said to have an 8-day half life and complete dissolution in 40 days. However, there are always byproducts of either liquid, gas, solid or combinations of all three that occur with decay. The byproducts of decayed iodine can be more dangerous than non-decayed iodine. The medical and nuclear industry will deny that but it is a fact. Take for example a bottle of iodine used for antiseptic purposes. If it is said to be completely decayed and ineffective after 40 days, it should have no reaction after 40 days. However, if you take a bottle that has been opened several times and is 2 years old, it will have a stronger antiseptic effect than a fresh one. Often, it will be so caustic that it will cause rashes after some usage.
Therefore, I do not believe much of what academic chemistry teaches because it is so biased to protect polluting industries. Those industries break elements and minerals down into tables that you can see and that give you the sense that they can be directed and controlled. For example, this was written about my first email on this subject:
”…the amount of radiation from a given isotope during its half-life is roughly proportional to the amount of that isotope divided by its atomic weight. Thus a pound of iodine 131 with a half life of 8.04 days is far more radioactive [by a factor of 1440] than cesium 137 with a half life of 33 years, (33*365*131/(8*137) =1440) The good news is that in 80 days, 99.9% of the iodine will be gone!”
Another comment from someone who works for a major nuclear energy provider:
"It’s very simple. All atoms and molecules interact chemically using their electron shells. Whether acid on zinc, chemical reactions in the body or burning wood; all these reactions start with some number atoms and the same atoms are on the other side of the reaction, no atoms are made or destroyed. Nuclear reactions occur in the nucleus and nuclear reactions can result in new, combined or different atoms. Atoms are radioactive because their NUCLEUS is unstable. For example tritium is a Hydrogen atom with an extra neutron in the nucleus. Tritium decays by ejecting a beta particle (a high speed electron) from one neutron converting the atom into Helium. Therefore, the idea that “oranges and avocados eaten together help neutralize radiation” is pure fantasy because these chemicals can have no effect on radiation emitted from the nucleus of other atoms."
I am living proof that that conclusion is untrue and the fantasy is that chemists have everything understood, categorized and under control. If they did, we would not have suffered Three-mile Island, Chernobyl or Fukushima aftermaths. The variables from person to person or animal to animal are extraordinary, so much so that no one can erect a chart for it as they do their elements and minerals. I reiterate, chemists are trained with blindfolds, biases and prejudices that do not allow for practical and rational variations. The idea that chemical reactions are fixed and controllable is the big fantasy of those postulating and profiting from nuclear, chemical, food, fabricated products and pharma/medical and all related industries.
Since I was the victim of cancers caused by radiation treatments and worked with at least a hundred who also suffered radiation treatments and found that eating oranges and avocados together lessened the symptoms of radiation-poisoning time after time, especially nausea and burn, I had to conclude that it helped remove radiation from the body. It is true that it may have only ameliorated the symptoms however, when taken regularly, radiation symptoms eased dramatically.
Since I experienced those high doses of injected iodine immediately preceding radiation treatments 43 years ago and still have occasions, averaging once yearly, of intense radiation nausea and iodine-taste, I must conclude that the radioactively charged iodine has a much longer life than physics books explain. Every time I go through it, I experience the very pain I had for 2 years following the treatments. My latest episode lasted only 36 hours but was as painful as 42-43 years ago. Each time I have an episode, the episode duration reduces. When I vomited during those spells, tests of the vomit showed high doses of iodine (non-decayed), as well as barium as recently as 6 years ago. Since, it was always the same, I stopped having my vomit tested. Atomic charts are not accurate when biochemistry is involved and may not be when biochemistry is not involved.
A nuclear physicist told me that in animals' the HALF-LIFE of a nuclear-charged isotope can have many times more years than normal. She is purported to be expert on bio-nuclear physics. She gave a half life of radioactively charged iodine up to 25,000 years in cases of entombed animals. I know nothing about nuclear physics and have never been in a nuclear laboratory.
I think that the half-life measure is not so intelligent but that may be a lack in my intelligence. Why not just give the total years? Is it because the last half-life is much longer than the first half-life, five times longer? Is that a physicist's way of making the life of radioactive isotopes seem less threatening or harmful? Four years ago, I was conducting private consults in a USA city. My first day was filled with people who had been successful on my diet for 2-6 years. Eight of them showed high levels of supplemental iodine stored in their bodies in various areas that had not been there in previous years. Also, mostly the iodine was not stored in the thyroid but intestines and nervous systems. On the second day, the first 3 clients were also longterm Primal Dieters. They too had large amounts of supplemental iodine stored in their bodies, only one had it in her thyroid.
Finally, I asked if there was a iodine-manufacturer near who had an accident. His response was, "Frank used his pendulum with all of us and suggested that we take his liquid iodine supplement that would vastly improve our health." Was taking dosages that were way beyond their bodies' capability to utilize common sense? Was trusting a pendulum a smart practice? To the point, of the 11 people who were taking supplemental iodine, only one had indications that it stored in her thyroid.
With the recent nuclear catastrophe happening in Japan as well as the probability that nuclear events will continue to be a part of our world, it’s prudent to have good reference information as to how the body can be supported (using natural means) and protected should high radiation exposure become a reality. The time to implement these foods is now in order to build up the body as well as the immune system. Most of the foods and vitamins/minerals are “protective” meaning that they should be implented before a radiation event occurs.

Fighting Radiation with Food Sea Vegetables – According to a 1964 McGill University study published in the “Canadian Medical Association Journal,” sodium alginate from kelp reduced radioactive strontium absorption in the intestines by 50 to 80 percent. The sodium alginate allowed calcium to be absorbed through the intestinal wall while binding most of the strontium, which was excreted out of the body. Some of the more popular sea vegetables to consume are kelp, arame, wakame, dulce and kombu. Canadian researchers reported that sea vegetables contained a polysaccharide substance that selectively bound radioactive strontium and helped eliminate it from the body. In laboratory experiments, sodium alginate prepared from kelp, kombu, and other brown seaweeds off the Atlantic and Pacific coasts was introduced along with strontium and calcium into rats. The reduction of radioactive particles in bone uptake, measured in the femur, reached as high as 80 percent, with little interference with calcium absorption. “The evaluation of biological activity of different marine algae is important because of their practical significance in preventing absorption of radioactive products of atomic fission as well as in their use as possible natural decontaminators.” Source: Y. The Atomic Energy Commission recommends for maximum protection against radioactive poisoning for humans, taking a minimum of 2 to 3 ounces of sea vegetables a week or 10 grams (two tablespoons) a day of sodium alginate supplements. During or after exposure to radiation, the dosage should be increased to two full tablespoons of alginate four times daily to insure that there is a continual supply in the GI or gastrointestinal tract. There may be a rare concern of constipation but this can be avoided if the sodium alginate is made into a fruit gelatin. Agar, derived from sodium alginate in kelp, is a safe, nontoxic substance that can be used as a thickening agent or gelatin. (*)Mushrooms

Radiology techs are nominally protected by elaborate shielding, but they’re still exposed to unnaturally high levels of radiation over the course of a lifetime. As a result they tend to have higher levels of tissue oxidation. But when a group of techs was supplemented with vitamins C (500 mg) and E (150 mg) daily for 15 weeks, their markers of tissue oxidation plummeted, and their levels of natural antioxidants (such as glutathione in red blood cells) rose significantly. Cell Biochem Funct. 2009 Oct;27(7):424-9.) B3 Nicotinic Acid – Have on hand the Acid form of B3 rather than the salt form, Niacinamide, which is basically useless. Several sources indicate that large doses of niacin B3 were used in treating victims of radiation poisoning after the Chernobyl meltdown. B3 will cause the body to detox and therefore it is wise to make sure that your liver has been detoxed and is supported properly. Chemical poisoning slows down the liver. Calcium – Protects against strontium-90, calcium-45 and other radioisotopes. Magnesium – Like Calcium, magnesium prevents the uptake of strontium-90 and other radioisotopes. It helps to eliminate already absorbed strontium-90 as well. One study has shown that exposure to gamma radiation can decrease calcium and magnesium levels in the blood. As a result, optimal levels of both minerals in the diet are essential after one is exposed to higher amounts of radiation. Selenium – As selenomethionine. Panax Ginseng – Hemorrhage was a symptom of humans exposed to atomic radiations in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Japanese research doctors found that “Panax ginseng prevented hemorrhaging tendency after x-irradiation.” Bone marrow death is one result of radiation damage to blood-forming tissues. It occurs ten to twenty days after exposure to high doses of radiation. Panax ginseng extract prevents bone marrow death and accelerates normalization of red and white blood cell counts in animal studies. Gingko Biloba – According to Science News Daily, extracts of its leaves contain antioxidant compounds including glycosides and terpenoids known as ginkgolides and bilobalides. These compounds are thought to protect cells from damage by free radicals and other reactive oxidizing species found in the body. These are generated continuously by the body’s normal metabolism, and in excess in some diseases or after exposure to pollution or radiation. They damage proteins, DNA and other biomolecules and left unchecked can kill cells. Results suggest that ginko biloba extracts can neutralize the free-radicals and oxidizing agents produced in the cells by the radiation and so prevent them from undergoing apoptosis. Black & Green Tea – The polyphenol epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) derived from green tea protects animals from whole-body radiation, blocking lipid oxidation and prolonging life span. Potassium iodide does not provide immediate protection from radiation damage, and does not have protective effects against other radiation exposure complications.

They should be sprouted and consumed if readily available. Alfalfa is called the ‘father of all foods’ or the ‘king of sprouts’. It is highly rich in minerals like manganese and is also a rich source of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. It also contains all the essential amino acids. Alfalfa contains most of the essential amino acids and has a higher concentration of calcium than milk. The lesser explored sesame seed sprouts are also said to be great source nutrients. They too, contain most of the essential amino acids and are high in vitamin E and vitamin B complex, apart from other nutrients.
The sprouting process
Firstly, one has to ensure that the seeds, legumes or grains will easily sprout. (For instance, soyabeans are said to become sour and do not sprout too well; and wheat has to be grown in soil).
The seeds should be thoroughly washed and then soaked in fresh water overnight.The time span of soaking is mostly 12 hours, though it depends on the size of the seeds. Next morning the seeds should be rinsed and the water drained off. Soaking turns the seed soft and laden with water. They eventually germinate and become sprouts in two to three days’ time, depending upon the temperature and humidity. One should not soak the seeds for a longer period than required, as the seeds may rot and ferment.
After they sprout, they should be stored in a refrigerator.
